Privacy Policy

HolysticFIT LLC ("HolysticFIT," "we," "us," or "our") operates holysticfit.com. This page explains how we handle information collected through this website.

Information We Collect

When you contact us by phone or text, we receive your phone number and any information you share in that conversation. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and schedule sessions. We do not store this information in a database or third-party CRM.

Pricing Page Emails

If you enter your email on our pricing page to see our prices, we keep it in a private Google Sheet. We use it only to follow up with you about training. You can ask us to delete it at any time by calling or texting 641-455-0659.

Intake Form

Before a first session we ask clients to fill in an intake form with their contact details, goals, injuries and health history, and a liability waiver. The form runs on Google Forms. Your answers go only to your trainer and are used only to keep your training safe and suited to you.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data — things like which pages were visited, approximate geographic region, and how long someone stayed. No personally identifiable information is collected through Google Analytics.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to track usage patterns. We do not set any other cookies on this site.

No Data Selling

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
